VersaDrive
VersaDrive leadscrew step motors are the most versatile and economical way to achieve linear motor. By integrating a precision rolled leadscrew with a hybrid step motor the VersaDrive eliminates the need for additional bearings and alignment procedures.
Standard and anti-backlash nuts are available and can be mounted on either side of the motor. A unique patented centering bushing is also available to eliminate radial play which helps achieve quieter more accurate positioning.
The VersaDrive can produce axial load ratings up to 150 lbs and positioning resolutions down to .004µM utilizing microstep technology. A variety of leads are available and screws can be supplied machined-to-print for a packaged solution.
